We all have a grand plan for our lives, a single thread untampered, unbothered, flawless, confident and assured. As time goes on, life becomes several threads blended with confusion, doubt, and defeat. wound into a massive knot. Life becomes cluttered and unfocused with energy that does not belong to us. We forget who we are and where we are going. Until the person staring back at us has no resemblance of familiarity. I found myself at this point; ending a painful chapter of my life.

Confused and defeated, I sought solace in the thing that brought me peace--candles. Out of the ashes, Luna Bee was birthed, 100% handcrafted candles. Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, all sales are final once processed.

How can I track my package?

Once an order has been received, customers will be sent a confirmation email. Upon fulfillment, customers will receive a notification email with shipping details and information regarding how to track their package.

I placed an order, but have not received a confirmation email.

Once an order is placed, all customers will receive a confirmation notification, however, please allow at least a 24 hour processing time window for all orders.

Why was my order cancelled?

  • Payment option was not accepted
  • The items ordered are no longer available

It is highly suggested that all customers place the correct shipping information such as addresses, zip codes, and online payment information because failure to do so may result in an order being canceled.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours, and a notification sent to email on file
  • Allow 5-10 day, depending on size of order, to complete and ship order
  • Events must be purchased/ordered two weeks prior to event to allow for processing, completion, and shipping

Additional Candle Information

  • There is a minimum order of five for all 4 oz. candles.
  • All 12 oz. candles have double wooden wicks.

Sales and Replacements

  • All sales are final
  • Items will be replaced if damaged during shipping
  • Replacement window is 24 hours within receipt of product
  • Picture must be taken of damage upon the product's arrival
